Forgiving another and not holding onto 'grudges'

I had many such insights after the event and then practiced it to make sure I am ready the next time and the next time came and I was ready - but not always immediate results. Sometimes only 2 years later, I meet the person and then it is said, remember what you said then. It never left me and now I understand.
