The person who I am in an agreement with is experiencing extensive pains in her chest area, mostly related to her heart like heart contraction as if someone is squeezing her heart. I am not able to do anything else then reflexology/massage to support her. The sounds, in which you communicate and voice your words with, have also unfortunately been influenced by the systematic design of the consciousness systems within you. Meaning that words and the sounds in which you communicate them have been separated within yourself – words and sounds are not one as they are currently spoken within humanity yet it may seem so because you're probably asking: Then how's it possible that I communicate with words in sound as sound? Here, allow me to explain:

Assisting in developing the definition and design of ‘who you are' and ‘who you will become' within the system as a mind consciousness system. Therefore words have been connected to consciousness sound frequency symbols as well as mathematical equations to support and assist the development and manifestation of the mind consciousness system within you as who and what you will become as you come of age in this world and experience your pre-programmed life experience. All the words you continuously speak, the specific sound frequency of each word, the emotional and feeling connotations to each word, the accepted picture or definition connected to each word, the specific symbol allocated to each word, the mathematical equation of which each word consist of: All this that each and every single word consist of and is designed as is manifested within each and every single human beings' Voice Box within the THROAT point and is connected to and one with your entire mind consciousness system within you. And this includes the conscious, subconscious and unconscious mind. Why do you think there exist news broadcasting centers, to be displayed on television, newspapers regarding the status and situation of the world: It is reflecting what all of humanity as one is designing and manifesting through the words you speak and the thoughts you think. Also, of course, to further have you speak and think as communication of all that is broadcasted in the media as the news so that you are able to continue supporting consciousness systems within yourself and in this world which become manifested experiences within which you are controlled and directed and enslaved. Never to know that you, each and every single individual human being, is actually responsible for the manifested experiences of all human beings on earth through the words you speak and the thoughts you think as communication which is of consciousness systems.

I will be sharing with you practical examples, solutions, of how to support yourself and the rest of humanity as one together to discontinue the manifested experiences allowed and accepted today through the words you speak and the thoughts you think. ==Eczema and Fear==
 
Within your physical-body, is manifested ‘memories’ of your experiences of you from when you were a child, specifically pertaining to emotional and feeling reactions that you had has a child pertaining to circumstances you faced within which you experienced literal ‘physical uncomfortability’ – but was forced to ‘live through it’.
For example – specifically pertaining to events as a child in which you didn’t want to do things, or participate in things, but was forced to either by parents, friends or teachers. Such events, wherein you were forced to do things that you didn’t want to = had a great impact on you physically, because you felt that you were forced into having to do something that you didn’t understand why you had to do it, and then because of that – you didn’t want to, but was left feeling ‘powerless’ because everyone was forcing you to do it.
 
For example – you being forced to go to school, and because you didn’t understand why you had to go to school – you didn’t want to go to school, but you couldn’t communicate that point to anyone, because at that stage, you yourself didn’t understand your experience with regards to you first wanting to understand why you were forced to do something.
Later-on your understanding of why you had to go school became more ‘clear / apparent’, but your ‘physical uncomfortability’ still exist within-you, due to the event that happened when you started school, as being forced into something but not understanding why, which manifested as a physical-memory within you.
The point is not related about school-itself, but the starting-point within-which you started going to school that had a great physical-experienced impact on you.
This is but one example of a physical-memory manifested within-you in relation to physical experienced uncomfortability that is playing a part within the eczema that you’re experiencing.
 
We’d suggest going through your life-experience from when you can remember as a child, up to that age of 14, wherein you can identify events, wherein you experienced yourself being forced to do something – but you not understanding why you had to do it, but did it anyway due to not being able to communicate your experience, from the perspective of first wanting to understand why you had to / participate in a certain thing/event.
 
Realise that, the physical-uncomfortability you experienced, was in relation to fear – wherein you feared doing new things that you didn’t understand, thus why you first wanted to understand something new before participating within-it or doing-it, and why you didn’t want to do things you didn’t first understand.
 
Thus, we suggest approaching self forgiveness within the context of forgiving yourself for fearing that which did not yet understand, instead of realising that you had yourself – and that you don’t need ‘prior knowledge and information of mind’ to direct yourself within situations/events – all you need is you here in breath, self-honestly.
 
Thus, have a look at events or situations from when you can remember up to the age of 14, wherein you experienced ‘extreme fear’ of ‘doing new things’, wherein you approached the ‘new things’ within the starting point of fear, manifesting physical uncomfortability – which influenced your whole experience throughout your experience within the new endeavours. And then apply self-forgiveness for accepting and allowing yourself to walk into something new as fear, instead of as yourself, here.
 
That’s the physical-memory aspect of the eczema-experienced in your physical body. With regards to current-triggers within your experience of yourself at the moment in your world – we suggest looking at this point of fear, especially when approaching something ‘new’, because you’ve formed a habit of approaching new things and people within the starting-point of fear, which manifest extreme physical uncomfortability, which cause the eczema to inflame even more. Practically – we suggest, observing yourself closely in becoming self-aware of the experience of yourself when approaching new things and people in your world – whenever you experience fear, immediately stop-yourself within-yourself through breathing, be here in and as your physical and don’t accept or allow yourself to participate in the starting-point of fear. If during an event the fear arise, simply breathe for the moment – when you return to where you are with yourself alone – you can re-look at the experience and see what thoughts/people triggered the fear-reactions and apply self forgiveness accordingly, so that next-time when you face a similar event = you’ve prepared the way before you and can stop the thoughts and reactions more immediately.
 
We suggest starting with this for now, we’ll go into it more specifically within a document, with regards to eczema triggers in relation to physical uncomfortability manifested by fear, so – for the moment, focus on the memory-points in relation to self forgiveness and the practical application within your current-reality in relation to prominent fear-reactions you experience.
 
Also, we suggest to assist and support the physical while you’re walking through this process – to utilize a bridge as a cream/ointment to alleviate the inflammation caused by the eczema, this is taking into consideration that you are still in the physical, and for the moment – to assist and support you in the physical as/while you’re walking your process.

I was exploring the fear of self-expression and social anxiety and I began projecting. I wanted to imagine what it would be like to express myself openly without worrying about what others thought, and at that moment I got this split second flash of being on top of a really tall building, right at the edge looking down, and the fear that that image created in me was the exact same fear I would feel in social situations.
If I hadn't 'registered' that split second image I would have probably associated that fear with the thought of self-expression, which would lead me to fear my own self-expression and suppress who I really am.
I'm also working mainly on my ocd right now, and it happened again, but this time it was an association of suffocation with not feeding in to my impulse. With ocd you have routines and repetitive behaviour and so when I don't do my routine or the particular behaviour I feel like I'm not going to get oxygen. Or if I'm doing the routine and I catch myself and stop myself, I find I become out of breath- like I need to do the thing in order to breathe.
So the fear of death is stopping me from expressing myself and ridding myself of ocd. But not even a logical fear of death, just an arbitrary image at the right moment to induce the feeling of impending doom.

Within having a look at ‘OCD’ – every single human being exist within and as such a ‘diss-order’ (how we’ve completely disarrayed the order of actual-living in/as the physical through and as the creation of/as the Mind Consciousness System); though within varying degrees and as various attributes and parts/components of and as personality-manifestations of/as the Mind Consciousness System.
Participation in thoughts, participations in habitual-behaviours, participations in reactions – all participation in and as that which self ‘give into’; ‘stem’-from the ‘energetic physical-mind manifested’-Need to in that moment ‘fulfil’ our ‘addiction’ of perpetuated living in, as and through the Mind, in as and through that which we’ve defined ourselves.
And, even within practical application – the addiction is prevalent as we walk-through our ‘obsessive compulsions’ of existing within, as and through an automated, pre-programmed system which has been ‘easier and safer’ because we don’t take responsibility, make the decisions – the Mind does.
 
Within the practical-application of stopping the Mind (and all experience this to varying extremes of intensity, as with yourself when stopping participation in and as the physical-mind energy of the “obsessive compulsion”) – you’re in the process of stopping the Mind, which has a consciousness of its own in relation to the extent that we’ve abdicated responsibility to/towards it, as it developed/programmed, through self - ‘patterns and channels’ of functioning through and as thoughts, voices and conversations within and as mediums of pictures, images, projections etc. (which is why your thinking is so / seems so automated as the ‘consciousness’ the mind has developed to continue its automated-functioning/existence).
So, with the Mind being a System in nature – obviously it’s going to have fail-safe’s, protection-mechanisms and defenses and FEAR is utilized to provide such functions. And, as you have noticed within yourself already – the particular-specific Fear that is utilized to ensure the Mind Consciousness Systems’ ‘power source’ that is you, the being ‘remains in-check / in-line / in alignment’ with and as its Platform-Manifestation to ensure its continued-existence/survival; is Fear of Death. So – as you’ve already seen within yourself, for yourself – it’ll utilize pictures, images and/or conversations as thought-manifestations to produce a ‘Warning-Symbol Resonance’ into and as your Conscious-Mind as giving you a Message: “If you don’t think/act as I instruct – you as I will ‘die’” – though, this ‘death’, understand is the ‘death of the Mind Consciousness system’ from the perspective of its own ‘fear of death’ through not receiving Energy from/of its Source as you the being through and as you constant, continual participation within and as it.
 
So, within process – you’re stopping participation in the Mind, every moment of every breath you apply yourself in stopping participation in thoughts, and reactions as energy that feed the continued existence of/as self as the Mind, so – slowly, but surely you stop feeding it it’s source as energy and you start assisting and supporting you to live here in and as the Physical.
Though, to the Mind it’s perceived as ‘death’, as its ‘end’ – which it is from a certain perspective, but also not entirely = as it’s not seeing the ‘greater picture’ of it. The Mind is the system-manifestation built of parts and constructs that constitute manifestation of/as ourselves that we’ve separated ourselves from, designed into and as a system and programmed as a consciousness due to accepted and allowed abdication of responsibility within and as the principle of and as equality and oneness with and as the Physical.
So, in terms of process – what you’re in fact walking is the process of standing equal-to and one with yourself, within yourself first – as the Mind, as all of you that you have accepted and allowed yourself to separate yourself from.
 
I’m sharing this with you, so that you’re able to understand and see the structural manifestation/design of what it is that you’re facing within yourself, that – it’s not ‘death’ per say that you’re facing when the fear comes when you do not accept/allow yourself to participate in that particular-specific “obsessive-compulsion” – it’s more your fear as the Mind of in that Moment ‘ending / not existing’ as you in that moment of not participating in/as the energy of/as the ‘obsessive compulsion’ and so not act in/as it = you in that moment don’t feed the Mind. And the ‘panic-attack’ one actually experience is the extent of the energy build-up / compound of/as the ‘fear of death’ failsafe / protection and defence-mechanism of/as the Mind Consciousness System to ensure one continue existing in, as and through it in relation to how we’ve programmed, designed and manifested ourselves within and as it.
 
And, all human-beings experience these/such Fear-manifested failsafe / protection and defence-mechanism of/as the Mind Consciousness System to ensure one continue existing in, as and through it – like, for example “having a conversation in one’s mind, talking oneself out of stopping a particular-specific application” or “accepting and allowing oneself to give-Into energy and justify why one returned to a particular-specific habit/addiction” = all such negations of/as one’s decision to stop, stand-up and change is done within, as and through fears which manifest in all sorts of ways such as “fears of losing friends” or “fears of other peoples thoughts” or “fears of losing relationships” – fears of loss = fears of death; fears of deaths/Ends/the endings of parts of self to which self has accepted and allowed self to define self through and as the Mind.
So, your process is in terms of practical application and facing the Mind as you, is exactly the same as everyone else; though of course in the aspect of your “obsessive compulsions” within, as and through your living-action through and as the Mind = a lot more extreme.
And so; your process in terms of your practical application will be experienced as being more ‘tough / difficult’ because the extent to which your ‘physical-mind behaviour’ is charged/lived-into the physical through and as energy; is more ‘extensive’.
Now – this is not ‘bad’, it’s simply facing the reality of the situation and your experience at the Moment in the physical through the Mind.
 
In reading you as your words as your approach in relation to transcending this point as you – you’ve got the basics of it from where to assist/support yourself to start – meaning, you’re taking the step of applying yourself and walking through it.
Though – take it slow, take it easy – do not unnecessary place you in experiences of compromises – you know to what point/moment you’re able to push yourself; so – take it one point at a time; maybe start with the ‘smaller’ parts of you as “obsessive compulsion” that you live through and as the Mind and start pushing yourself through them, meaning have a look at where you participate in “obsessive compulsion” within and as your world that is more ‘seemingly insignificant’ that the other manifestations and start from there, and so you progress yourself through all the manifested-extremes.
 
And – continue writing; through writing you’ll give yourself clarity and stability and already start the process of releasing yourself from the Energy that hold you within and as the Mind, so you’re able to ‘better’ prepare yourself within, as and through the facing of you in actual-reality.

With regards to the current design of blood-clotting within you as the physical: 

Within the word Clotting = Clothing / Cloning / Clone-King. 

 
Within the Blood of the physical human body is designed the ‘generation-hereditary-passing’ – within which exist all that which has been passed unto you from the generations and the lives that has gone before you, and that you have lived as your past-lives. 
Thus, the Blood in the physical human body is the ‘manifested flowing format’ as representation of the design of DNA, thus, what exist as the design of your DNA, and exist within the design of your DNA – exist within and as the manifestation of and as your Blood in its entirety. 

 
So,  within your existence as your past-lives, and that of your ‘forefathers’ as the generations that has gone before you – all of that ‘manifested information as what they lived and you lived as ‘who you are’ – was passed on into and as and through the physical through time: All of it. 
This ‘passing on,’ was done through the blood, wherein the blood of the parents, would manifest/design the DNA of the Child, and then in turn, the Child would pass on themselves as the Mind, unto their children, wherein their blood would eventually manifest/design their child’s Dna, and so on and so on. 

So,  within the very manifestation as blood clots exist all that which you have ‘cloned of yourself’ from your parents and ‘clothed’ yourself within, meaning, defining you as ‘who you are’ according to that which you copied from yourself and cloned yourself as a copy of them, becoming a copied clone as your parents.
 


Even though this that I describe exist within every being as human within this world in and as their physical body as blood as DNA , the reason why it manifest in/as blood clotting within some and others not,  depends on the ‘Intensity of your Being’ and the ‘Extensivity of your Expression,' meaning how intense and how extensive you act /behave within the experience of yourself in this world. 

 
What happens is, that which you copied and cloned yourself as of your parents, meaning, that of their mind design which you copied from them as a child and lived/acted within as though it was ‘who you really are’ (in that process of living so – becoming a physical living clone of them) and living this ‘cloned-design’ of your parents as certain parts as behaviours/traits/way of thinking/reacting, with such intensity/extensiveness, blood clots manifest because your intensity/extensiveness of Being as your expression is too intense and extensive for the Mind consciousness system design to handle, and thus manifest an imbalance within your physical body within the mind consciousness system design. 

 
So, your beingness as Intensity and Extensivity, within the cloned design of your parents you exist as within the mind consciousness system, that beingness expression of yourself as that part of your actual expression, that is infused within and as the mind consciousness system as the clone design you exist as, imbalances the mind consciousness system and thus, compensates for itself through filtering your expression into itself and holding in pockets stored within the veins of the human physical body so that it can function normally and contain your expression/beingness of intensity/extensivity. 


 
Within this containment pockets manifested within the veins of the human physical body – wherein the intensity of the beingness of you is filtered within so that the mind consciousness system can function according to its normal pre-designed level of functionality, blood clots form in turn, as the human physical body itself compensates for the pressure manifested within the veins of the human physical body caused by the manifestation of the containment pockets. 


 
So, the forming of blood clots is the manifestation of the human physical body attempting to release pressure manifested within itself due to an entire manifested imbalance caused due to the imbalance experienced within and as the mind consciousness system itself that exist in and as the physical. 

 
The following is suggested: 

For the moment, utilize what is necessary/available to assist and support the physicality of the human physical body as the condition it is currently manifested within. 

 
There are a few points as self to approach with regards to the manifestation of blood clotting within and as the physical human body as self, due to how self exist within and as the mind consciousness system as self, as what self has defined self to be as ‘who I am’:


Firstly: 

To clearly identify what of your parents you have copied unto yourself, and are living as though it is ‘who you really are’.
 
This is done as follows: 
Realise that, because you have become/are the living manifestation as clone of your parents, you cannot always see that which you are as the entirety of you,  so, you utilize your reflection as you to assist and support you within this process of seeing yourself, which, in this case specifically, is your parents. Your parents that is you, both from the perspective of the principle of equality and oneness, and from the perspective of you being a clone of them from the perspective of their mind consciousness system design.
 
So,  in observing them as you, meaning, identifying what of them have you copied and cloned yourself as in becoming them, from the perspective of themselves as a mind consciousness system design, you’ll be able to assist and support yourself to de-clone yourself, so to speak, and give you the opportunity to live you as who you really are within the principle of equality and oneness as Life and no more exist as a cloned mind consciousness system.
 


Therefore, to clearly identify what of your parents you have copied unto yourself, and are living as though it is ‘who you really are,' you observe them within yourself within the ffollowing way: 


Step 1: 
Take two books, or two Word-Sheets, one for Mother  and one for Father. 

 

Step 2: 
Now, you observe your Mother and Father closely within yourself, within asking the following questions within yourself: 

1. What of my mother and what of my father irritate me? Meaning, what actions do they take in their behaviour or way/manner of speaking or doing things that irritate me? 

Then, you write it down specifically under each sheet or within each book.
 


2. What do I blame my mother and father for? Meaning, what blame exist within me towards them because of me feeling that they’re the cause / reason / problem for experiences that exist/manifest within me and my world? 

 
3.
Then, you write it down specifically under each sheet or within each book. 

This is but two examples, you have to have a look at towards what of your Mother and your Father you react to specifically, and identify the specific reaction/experience towards the particular thing they do/say and the way they say/do it.
 


When you’re done with this process and you’re satisfied that you’ve clearly laid out your experience towards your parents specifically from the perspective of identifying what of them do you react towards and what specific reactions come up within you towards what they specifically do/say, the following step follows:
 


Step 3: 
Realise/understand that, all that you have written down with regards to the experience of yourself within yourself towards your parents, reflect directly, you back to yourself, as that of your parents you’ve copied unto yourself and currently live out. Because, that which you react to, towards your parents, is exactly what you’re doing within yourself and existing as within yourself.
 


For example, a simple point: 

Let’s say you identify  the way your mother holds a cup of coffee irritates you, and the way she drinks it irritates you, when you actually hold a cup of coffee and drink the coffee in the exact same way but you don’t see it as yourself, because you’re living it in doing it so absolutely.Thus, your mother reflect you back to yourself directly as what you’ve copied of her.
 
Or, you identify that within the way your father approaches a situation when speaking with you and you react in anger/resentment towards him, because of the sound of his voice and the manner within which he postures his physicality, you react towards him, because you speak the same way, in the same voice, standing in exactly the same way towards others in your world, he’s reflecting how you speak/stand in certain situations towards others directly. 


 
So, within Step Two, you can start/begin with either your Mother or Father. Herein, this step requires self honest practical self-assessment: 

All the Points you have written down with regards to what exactly you identified of your Mother and Father as how they present themselves in situations/acts within word and deed that you react towards, which, as I explained, is a direct reflection of yourself, as how/why you present yourself in situations/acts within word and deed in an exact, precise way, you flag point within you.
 

Meaning, as you participate within your daily activities /in your world, you observe yourself, and the moment you see that you’re accessing a cloned point within yourself, meaning ‘about to act/behave in the exact same way your parents/one of your parents do’ as that which you copied of them which you identified for yourself in writing, you STOP yourself immediately from going into such behaviour/speaking in a certain manner/tone. You must stop yourself in the Moment, immediately and simply NOT PARTICIPATE in anyway whatsoever. Breathe, change yourself in the moment and start again within approaching the moment in self honesty here instead of acting/behaving as a automatic pre-programmed clone. 
This is the practical corrective action application, as the physical practical walk to be lived/applied by you, to actually change you in fact in the moment immediately.
 
Now, with regards to the self forgiveness within/as/of this Process, is suggested to be done as follows: 
The self forgiveness you can do as you identify each point individually within the writing out of the process of identifying what of your parents you have copied and is living as yourself as clone of them, or, you can apply the self forgiveness once the entire process is complete and you walk through each point individually and apply self-forgiveness. 


 
It is suggested for the self forgiveness to be applied as follows: 

Using the example of the ‘Cup’ with regards to your Mother (here I’ll give an example of the entire process, from self forgiveness to the self corrective action/change point): 

You identified that you react towards how your Mother holds a cup and how she drinks from that cup. You identified that you react in irritation towards that because you experience within yourself that she’s ‘presenting a lie,' because she’ll hold a cup and drink from it in a sophisticated way when around friends or family to present sophistication, but when she’s alone, she’ll drink it in a different way,  not caring how she’s holding the cup or drinking from it.
 


Self Forgiveness: 

First you start with your reactive experience. This part of self forgiveness is done to assist and support you, for when the moment arrives again to simply stop and accept/allow you to react or participate within the reaction;
 
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to react in irritation towards how my mother holds and drinks from her cup. 

 
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to react in irritation – because of me experiencing her to be presenting a lie of sophistication towards others – because I see her drinking differently when she’s alone.
 


Secondly, you go unto identifying how it is and where it is that you present a lie within holding a cup/glass in a certain way and drinking it in a particular way when you’re with other people. This part of self forgiveness done so, to assist and support you in preparing the way before you, so that when you are in actuality, in the physical - within a situation where you’re holding a cup/glass and drinking from it – change you in the moment of drinking it/holding it, so as to ensure that you’re not drinking it/holding it to present a lie to/towards other people to‘show off /please for example, but change you in self honesty in the moment and simply enjoy the drink as you in holding the glass/cup as you.
Then you go:
 


I forgive myself that I haven’t allowed myself to realise, that I’ve reacted in irritation towards how my mother is holding a cup and drinking from it in a certain way within my experience of her presenting a lie for other people – because I do the exact same way when I’m with other people. 

 
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to hold a cup/glass a certain way and drink from it in a certain way when I’m with certain people to present a lie within the starting point of wanting to please or show off.
 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to want to present a lie of myself towards others people through holding a cup/glass a certain way and drinking from it in a particular way because I haven’t accepted me unconditionally, but am looking for recognition from others.
 


Alright,  so you approach the self forgiveness within each point: 
First, you start with your reactive experience. This part of self forgiveness done to assist and support you, for when the moment arrives again, simply stop you to accept/allow you to react or participate within the reaction when it arise. 

 
Secondly, applying self forgiveness for how you act/behave in the exact same way as that towards which you reacted. This part of self forgiveness done to assist and support self to actually stop and change self practically, immediately, in the moment when you see/realise your action/behaviour.
 


From the self forgiveness applied ;you walk the practical corrective action application as the physical practical walk to be lived/applied by you to actually change you in fact in the moment immediately, as we discussed above. 

Applying self forgiveness and actually living the application of self forgiveness, meaning actually changing you immediately in the moment, is the key to actual, real self change/transformation as self forgiveness without actually, practically changing you in the moment of experience is useless. 


 
NOTE: 
If you grew up with only a mother or only a father,  you work with only your mother/only your father as reflection of you. 
If you grew up with a grand parent or aunt from childhood,  you work with your grand parent / aunt / uncle as reflection of you. 
Basically, thus,  you work with’the being(s) that has had an direct influence in your childhood years that stood as your parents/were your parents, as it is of them that you have copied yourself into becoming the manifested clone of them. 

This particular application of de-cloning you, of no more existing as the servant of the clone king as the manifestation of clotting of blood, as existing as a copy of those that has gone before you: is the primary focus point application with regards to beings physicality as themselves manifested within blood clots / the recurrence thereof. 


 
The blood clotting will be a manifested physical indication of the effectiveness of your self application, and will thus in its entirety become non existent when you are as the entirety of yourself as the completeness of you - no more existing as a Clone – but as self honesty, as here, as who you really are,  and is living this in actuality in every moment as breath as you, proven. 

However,  blood clots or none, it is suggested for each being to walk this process as is suggested within this document in its entirety -  for each one is a manifested clone of those that has gone before them, and will assist and support you to within specificity and preciseness, actually change you, from no more existing as a clone , but as who you are as your unique expression in self honesty here, equal and one with and as all.
 
This is an opportunity only you can give to yourself, to re-discover you, and actually for the first time, live and express the REAL you. 


 
Secondly: 

What I have walked through with you under this section: “Firstly” is a walk as you that’ll have to be taken step by step. It’s your ‘‘process walk’ so to speak. So, don’t attempt to ‘haste through it,' simply walk it as you walk in the physical within participating in this world. 

I understand that, at the moment, all of it may seem as much, but in taking it step by step and actually beginning, the ‘process walk’ will become you, and the muchness will disappear, because you’re actually walking the physical change of you as you. So, take it easy on yourself, meaning, don’t be hard on yourself or be deterred  from the seeming amount thereof, it only seems that way at the moment because it’s not yet you living it as you equal and one. You’ll see, once it becomes you,  it’ll simplify itself as you and you changing you will become more immediate. But first, you have to start.
 


So, the “Secondly-Section,” is your every moment self assistance and self support. Your self foundation support as you walk through your process as described within the “Firstly-Section.” 

Here  BREATH is important. 
Understand, that, because you are an intense and extensive being within your nature, you have a tendency to rush and experience rushes of haste, wherein you go into a manifested physical experience of intense/extreme stress, stressing yourself into unnecessary limits of emotional/feeling reactions  almost immediately. 
This also perpetuates the manifestation of blood clots, this tendency to strain yourself to the extreme in relation to emotional/feeling reactions/experiences within you, which happen almost suddenly/immediately and strain the physical in itself. 

Therefore, it is important to assist and support self, to not accept/allow self to place strain unto and as the physical as you through participating within unnecessary extreme/intense  emotional/feeling reactions of/as self strain wherein you almost experience an addictive  type of energetic rush, for it is this energetic rush specifically, that perpetuates the manifestation of blood clots also.
 


So,  remain here as breath, SLOW YOU DOWN,  be the expression of slowing down, move gently through your day with yourself as you, and walk and stop and change you accordingly. 

Imperative to ensure you don’t accept/allow yourself to go into the extremes of any emotional/feeling reaction/experience. Herein BREATH assist and support,  slowing yourself down to walk as the moment. 

So, whenever you feel/experience yourself go into any extreme experience  of emotion/feeling or creating it within yourself through thoughts/reaction to manifest as you: STOP.  Simply don’t go there – stabilize you here as breath – utilize the tools available and self discipline you to stop going into mind addictions such as thought patterns and reactions. 


 
Thirdly: 

For further self assistance and self support,  suggested to utilize the Word Purifier ,  to assist and support self in standing one and equal as words as sound. 

Because through the Word-Purifier,  you purify words as cleansing you from any energetically charged system construct manifestations that exist/is manifested in and as your physical that activate within you of the mind consciousness system when speaking and hearing words. 

Because even within speaking/hearing words,  from which you are separate, words which you’ve defined according to what you exist as, as personality-of-mind as cloned-copy of your parents, as words that contain energetic charges  and system constructs of mind, these energetic charges gets activated, used by the mind consciousness system to power itself,  and saves the energetic charges from the words spoken/heard into and as the physical that pressurize the physical, and thus play a direct role within the support of the manifestation of blood clots. 

Therefore, I’d suggest, an hour a day – assist and support you with the Word-Purifier – breathe as you see and write the word, simply release the reactions/thoughts that come up until you can type the word/words without any movement/motion/reaction within you. 

This will assist and support you greatly as walk this process - for the Word-Purifier within sounding words as you as being equal and one as/with words – will release manifested physical energetic charges and system constructs that manifested due to participation in emotions/feelings as energy to give you the opportunity to actually express you, instead of existing as reaction. And thus, in essence, assist and support with the changing of you from system clone to self expression as sound. 


 
Within all of this, the intensity/extensivity of the nature of your expression will no more be diverted into the existence of the mind consciousness system - as what you exist as in and as the physical as the mind consciousness system, which can only handle certain levels of functionality in and as the physical, you will eventually become the living expression of / as intensity equal and one with you one and equal as the physical, which is a much different expression that’ll emerge as you than what is currently manifesting through the mind consciousness system as what you believe/think yourself to be.
 


But first,  it is to be equal and one with yourself here, thus, stop existing as a clone as the mind in separation, and actually change you in living application. to within, living the change as you/ self realise who you really are.

Thus, Indigestion – looking at manifested self suppression of/as indignation, that is pertinent/existent within the current nature/beingness of/as self. Meaning, that you’ve manifested yourself as a living habit within suppressing self experienced indignation within and as self, to the extent wherein you as indignation has manifested and is tainting all that you are/do and speak, even within your self forgiveness. 

So, your self forgiveness for example, is done within the nature/beingness of you as indignation, that is suppressed as you within and as your physical, and thus, will actually perpetuate what it is that you exist as, as indignation, manifesting physically as indigestion, instead of clearing/releasing/realising you as self-forgiveness. 


 
Indignation: In dignity of the nation, so, you, as indignation manifest/has manifested when you self compromised you for something or someone else,  attempting to dignify yourself through others to be recognized in the system, the world system, and thus lived in dignity of the nation, the nation being the accepted programmed reality, as society, as the unified consciousness field and all that exist of it, wherein you deliberately compromised you in moments to fit in and be as. 

Giving yourself up to live by the creed, ‘in dignity of the nation,' constantly self compromising you, and in this self compromise, manifesting you as indignation, due to you actually seeing/knowing within you what it is that you’re accepting and allowing, yet existing within the excuse, ‘But I have no other choice,'  then anger and resentment, contempt and frustration grow and grow and grow as you see yourself and what you do, but instead of stopping, you just continue and accept/allow the indignation that has become you to grow and grow and grow. 

 
Later, it manifest as self hatred that is covered by/through directing/exerting the existence of self as self indignation unto others/towards others, directly or indirectly in thought, word and deed, and later self forget that it is self, self is angry at, frustrated at, disgusted with, but self become so consumed with self, possessed by self’s own indignation, that self become the living demon of indignation manifested as itself, and is lost as one’s own self creation.
 


So,  I’d suggest to pull this entire manifested design apart, observe where and towards who/with what you self compromise, meaning, deliberately inferiorize (to make yourself less than another) to please them for example. Wanting to give yourself up to them for appreciation, recognition, acceptance etc.  doing this  because you haven’t accepted, appreciated, recognized yourself. And when you feel that you don’t get what you intended, you exert your reaction unto them, when in fact, you’re reacting to/towards yourself, because you know you’ve compromised you in wanting to give yourself to them in search of acceptance/recognition/appreciation, instead of giving it to yourself, being it for yourself and living it as you.
 
This is the origin design of indignation, manifest. 


 
So, look at where you live for others, instead of living you, here, self honestly as self expression equal and one. 
Because indigestion, is a manifested physical build up of emotional/feeling constructs, that hardens the physical, as it build/manifest layers, which cause dysfunctionalities within the physical, specifically here, the manifested physical build up of indignation as self as what self created/manifested to be and the energetic emotional/feeling charges as reactions that manifested as it within your physical,  produced the physical consequence as indigestion. 


 
Therefore, suggested to more specifically, observe/look towards who/what within your world currently and past, do you still exist as indignation towards, projecting what you actually experienced within you, towards you unto others, and thus holding a grudge of blame to/towards them. And realise, that whatever you experience/experienced towards them, you projected unto them, of yourself, meaning, whatever you experience/experienced to/towards them, you’re actually experiencing towards you. 

Investigate this in detailed specificity and self correct through self forgiveness and self corrective action accordingly.

Within your physical-body, is manifested ‘memories’ of your experiences of you from when you were a child, specifically pertaining to emotional and feeling reactions that you had has a child pertaining to circumstances you faced within which you experienced literal ‘physical uncomfortability’ – but was forced to ‘live through it’.
For example – specifically pertaining to events as a child in which you didn’t want to do things, or participate in things, but was forced to either by parents, friends or teachers. Such events, wherein you were forced to do things that you didn’t want to = had a great impact on you physically, because you felt that you were forced into having to do something that you didn’t understand why you had to do it, and then because of that – you didn’t want to, but was left feeling ‘powerless’ because everyone was forcing you to do it.
 
For example – you being forced to go to school, and because you didn’t understand why you had to go to school – you didn’t want to go to school, but you couldn’t communicate that point to anyone, because at that stage, you yourself didn’t understand your experience with regards to you first wanting to understand why you were forced to do something.
Later-on your understanding of why you had to go school became more ‘clear / apparent’, but your ‘physical uncomfortability’ still exist within-you, due to the event that happened when you started school, as being forced into something but not understanding why, which manifested as a physical-memory within you.
 
The point is not related about school-itself, but the starting-point within-which you started going to school that had a great physical-experienced impact on you.
This is but one example of a physical-memory manifested within-you in relation to physical experienced uncomfortability that is playing a part within the eczema that you’re experiencing.
 
We’d suggest going through your life-experience from when you can remember as a child, up to that age of 14, wherein you can identify events, wherein you experienced yourself being forced to do something – but you not understanding why you had to do it, but did it anyway due to not being able to communicate your experience, from the perspective of first wanting to understand why you had to / participate in a certain thing/event.
 
Realise that, the physical-uncomfortability you experienced, was in relation to fear – wherein you feared doing new things that you didn’t understand, thus why you first wanted to understand something new before participating within-it or doing-it, and why you didn’t want to do things you didn’t first understand.
 
Thus, we suggest approaching self forgiveness within the context of forgiving yourself for fearing that which did not yet understand, instead of realising that you had yourself – and that you don’t need ‘prior knowledge and information of mind’ to direct yourself within situations/events – all you need is you here in breath, self-honestly.

And then apply self-forgiveness for accepting and allowing yourself to walk into something new as fear, instead of as yourself, here.
 
That’s the physical-memory aspect of the eczema-experienced in your physical body. With regards to current-triggers within your experience of yourself at the moment in your world – we suggest looking at this point of fear, especially when approaching something ‘new’, because you’ve formed a habit of approaching new things and people within the starting-point of fear, which manifest extreme physical uncomfortability, which cause the eczema to inflame even more. Practically – we suggest, observing yourself closely in becoming self-aware of the experience of yourself when approaching new things and people in your world – whenever you experience fear, immediately stop-yourself within-yourself through breathing, be here in and as your physical and don’t accept or allow yourself to participate in the starting-point of fear. If during an event the fear arise, simply breathe for the moment – when you return to where you are with yourself alone – you can re-look at the experience and see what thoughts/people triggered the fear-reactions and apply self forgiveness accordingly, so that next-time when you face a similar event = you’ve prepared the way before you and can stop the thoughts and reactions more immediately.
 
We suggest starting with this for now, we’ll go into it more specifically within a document, with regards to eczema triggers in relation to physical uncomfortability manifested by fear, so – for the moment, focus on the memory-points in relation to self forgiveness and the practical application within your current-reality in relation to prominent fear-reactions you experience.

Understand, the Mind is integrated and merged with the human physical body. So - in terms of walking through one's Mind in the process of self-change - it's not simply just a matter of changing one's self-programming in the Mind, it's also to in fact physically change one's relationship with the Mind and the Physical. So, in walking process - one is essentially transforming one's beingness that has become the Mind in the Physical, to standing as Self in the Physical. And this is not something that can be done in an instant due to the extent and complexity of the integration of the Mind in the Physical. Every thought, backchat pattern, reaction of emotion/feeling, personality systems, habit constructs, conscious, subconscious and unconscious mind detail - there are extensive networks/unified fields of relationships manifested as actual threads that is threaded into the human physical body in various ways/methods/connections. Only through the process of writing and self forgiveness - through walking ONE POINT as ONE THREAD of the Mind at a time, can one release the relationships of the threads/manifestations of the Mind into the Physical. And only releasing them - doesn't mean it just goes away, because it can reconstitute itself within/from the Unconscious-Mind where everything of one's entire Mind is stored. Therefore - you have to physically walk the self-change/practical application once one has done the writing and self forgiveness - which is the practical purpose of the self corrective statements/commitment statements one do once one had walked writing and self-forgiveness. So that from the self corrective/commitment statements - one can in fact practically, physically walk the change in one's behaviour/interaction to ensure that what one has walked in one's writing/self forgiveness does not return/reconstitute itself.
 
 
So, with Mental Illness - the extent of the Mind's integration into the Physical, and because the Mind is no more as structured/specific due to misalignment's in the entire Mind, it's not just as simple as changing/transforming the program due to the severity of the consequence of the mind in the physical, and how the mind even changed/transformed the very physical-fabric/alignments. So - to walk out of Mental Illness - one will even have to reconstitute the entire physical-fabric design of the human physical body and for this, you have to stand/be equal-to and one-with the physical absolutely. This only pertains to the most severe cases of mental illness. There are beings that have faced mental illness that can walk the process of writing, self forgiveness and self corrective application to re-align themselves with/as the Mind and stand up where the mental illness is not yet as extensively developed/manifested - and there has been individuals that has already walked this process through aligning themselves with writing, self forgiveness and self corrective application, but this is does not pertain to all cases, it depends much on the individual.
 
So, the process is extensive and not just as simple as changing self-programming only - if it were that simple: humanity would have been changed already.

Here is the sound-structure of the word Health according to mind consciousness system programming: The choice of hell for humans. HEAL: Hell T: Choice H: Human)

Thus - to 'heal' yourself or to be 'healed' is a statement of: I am not well and thus to be well I must get well and to get well I must become more healthy - then you end up within one of consciousness's most intriguing traps of endless cycles: The 'health' (hell) trap.

Why hell? Because for 'health' to exist, illness, sickness, ailments and diseases must exist - another polarity equation balancing itself out within this world of mind consciousness systems which human beings experience.

As human beings 'focus' on health, 'becoming more healthy' / health-worthy, the rest of the world will balance this equation through the experience and manifestation of diseases, ailments, sickness and illnesses, etc.

Thus we can conclude that nothing of this world can be defined as being 'healthy' or 'not healthy.'


"" Health as Fear of Death ""

'Health' regime exist from one singular starting point: Fear of Death itself. People fear dying which is why through 'living' a 'healthy' life style, they prolong their life and apparently live healthy so that their walk to the inevitable death doesn't seem so frightening anymore. The desire to prolong life and to be 'healthier,' prolongs the suffering of others in this world 'balancing the equation of polarity' for those who want to live healthier to not get old so quickly and eventually die.

Viruses/ Diseases/ Sickness

Viruses and diseases are aware – in other words, they are assisting and supporting human beings within this process of becoming self aware to stand one and equal as life and take self responsibility for self.

Viruses and diseases are specific within their application and human beings who continue to exist in self dishonesty, self deceit, lies, jealousy, anger, comparison, greed etc. will accordingly experience a virus/disease for them to realise to stop and wake up and see/understand what they’re doing to themselves and others as this world, through continued participation in the mind to which they have defined themselves as 'who they are.' The mind must stop for this world to stop continuing as it is currently existing – for life as who we really are to step forth as all as one as equal.

The only way each one who currently exist with illness/sickness is practical application, through applying self forgiveness in self honesty in every moment, focus on breathing and not participating in the mind, which is the primary application.

Pain

Once you exist as pain all the time --you are in the real process.

Only pain is able to remind us what is real and what we have become till this is done.


Perspective

Understand that within your Process of Self Forgiveness that inevitably you are going to enter the phase of pain.

The phase of pain is going to be with you for years to come, pain gives you confirmation that your Forgiveness that you are applying is in fact effective. The only way that you can know that you are actually effective is to have Physical Pain that seemingly has no cause. Within that process we will be supplying more information in how to deal with it – but the best to do is to continue with the Self Forgiveness until the pain stops and to support the body effectively physically.

Use of medicine to stop pain

Say your throat is sore, support the body with a chemical bridge like a medicine and so on which is a temporary bridge supporting the body chemically, to deal with the chemistry changes that’s taking place because you are changing your addiction through using Self Forgiveness and therefore, you have a sore throat.

Therefore do not deny the simplistic common sense that one must then support the body with the necessary chemicals, because the body is chemical in every way so that it can deal with the adjustments you are making within the way you are living by applying Self Forgiveness. The SRA Course obviously takes this to the extreme so that you become a Real Creator and Directive Principle.


Gastritis

Fear of not having the ability to understand which cause you to quickly jump to conclusions and opinions as assumptions within you, instead of 'giving self the moment' to understand, see/realise what is being said/read in a moment.


Mental Illnesses

The primary causes were either due to the Preprogramming as the Soul Construct, a possible failure in the integration of the Mind Consciousness System in the body or effects of compartmentalizing the mind through demon possession



Multiple Sclerosis

Multiple Sclerosis is the opposite to multiple personality disorder – though similar in nature – the one, Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is physical and the other MPD (multiple personality disorder) is mental. MPD manifests within the human beings’ mind which consist of multiple different deviations of one system, but only manifest as information/constructs within the mind where the mind itself will split into the variations of personalities, manifesting different personalities. MS manifests within and as the human physical body – which consists of multiple different deviations of one system. In other words, instead of your mind having multiple personalities, the Mind Consciousness System itself has multiple personalities which manifest within your human physical body – literally having multiple mind systems integrated within and as your human physical body, not only one as usual.

Within the document I will explain how MS manifests – as it originate from childhood – together with the self forgiveness required, so I will do it in such a way for human beings who have MS to assist and support themselves.

(NOTE: I will refer to Multiple Sclerosis as the abbreviation: MS and Mind Consciousness System(s) as MCS)

Multiple Sclerosis is the manifestation of two or more complete mind consciousness system manifestations within and as a human beings’ human physical body. Within the human beings’ human physical body exists a primary mind consciousness system manifestation, which would be the one mind within which the human being exist according to their personality/ who they are as the thoughts, feelings and emotions you participate within.

It is from the primary mind consciousness system manifestation from which more originate and manifest within and as the human beings’ human physical body, which manifest the consequence of and as MS, because the body is not designed to maintain two or more mind consciousness system manifestations and therefore, the entire structural foundation of the human physical body collapse because it cannot sustain the integration, and manifestation of two or more mind consciousness systems.

MS manifest in and during childhood, even while developing within and as the mother’s womb. The preparation for the development occurs within and as the mother’s womb, to manifest between the ages of 0 – 3 years of age.

Within and during the development of the human physical body within the mother’s womb, the MCS develop together with the human physical body. The MCS is sealed within a vacuum yet runs parallel to the development of the human physical body – to prepare its full and complete integration and manifestation within and as the human physical body at the moment of birth into this world. The foundation platform of the MCS is aligned with the skeleton – and develops parallel together with the human physical, not yet completely or entirely manifested within and as the human physical body. The being – once they incarnated at six weeks of development - would literally be ‘sucked in and amalgamate’ by and with the manifested form of the fetus automatically, and the being would become one and equal within and as the manifested form of the fetus within the mother’s womb, together with the platform foundation design of the MCS which consisted of censors.It would thus be able to specifically develop and align itself with the manifestation formation design of the human physical body as it develops to accordingly completely and entirely integrate at the moment of birth. Then at the moment of birth, the MCS quantum integrate, manifest and infuse itself within and as the human physical body and so also you as the being within and as the human physical body, literally ‘taking control’ of all of you.

The censors upon and within the foundation platform design of the MCS are thousands. They are literal tentacles which come from within and as the foundation platform design of the MCS with censors attached to the tips. These censors scan the manifestation of the human physical body throughout the entire process of development. What occurs with the scanning is that the entire human physical body is copied or duplicated, and all that is scanned by and through the censors is recorded and this the MCS design itself as an exact duplicated or copied manifestation in system form as the human physical body, so that it can manifest within and as the human physical body together with the being to take control of the being infused and amalgamated within and as the human physical body, separating the being from the human physical body.

The censors are designed or programmed to not manifest within and as the human physical body until the moment of birth, because only then will the MCS design be complete to integrate sufficiently. Also at the moment of birth the baby would be birthed into a interdimensional gridline structure which 'stops' space-time continuum for a quantum moment. Herein within the interdimensional gridline structure at the moment of birth, the censors are deactivated and then the MCS integrates and manifests completely to take over the being within and as the human physical body. Therefore the being is not one and equal as the human physical body, but become the very manifestation of the MCS.

With regards to beings with MS, the tentacle censors become dysfunctional and instead of the MCS platform design remaining parallel to the human physical body, it manifests within and as the human physical body = which is not supposed to occur. The dysfunctionality of the censors occurred during the preparation of your specific MCS design according to ‘how your life will be and who you will become in this world'.

See, the very platform foundation of the MCS consisted of your pre-programmed / ‘pre-ordained’ life design, which was literally ‘threaded together’ to ‘lock into’ the Unified Consciousness Field as this world to accordingly experience your pre-programmed / pre-ordained life ‘as you’ – but which is actually a system design and not who you really are. And within the dimensions they had ‘specialists’, beings who were specifically in charge of designing, placing together, threading each dimensional beings ‘pre-ordained’ / ‘pre-programmed’ life design within and as a MCS which they would live out and experience in this world within and as the unified field. Even one mistake, miss-connection or even refraction that is not in place within the design could manipulate the entire manifestation of the MCS to not function effectively, thus the consequence of the censors becoming dysfunctional.

What occurs when the censors become dysfunctional and the foundation platform design of the MCS manifest within and as the fetus, amalgamating with the fetus and yourself is the following: Because the censors are not functioning, the MCS platform design ‘designs itself’ through integrating immediately within and as the fetus, and then literally develop within and as the fetus to the entire manifestation of the human physical body together with you in it. The foundation platform design of the MCS then undergoes an internalized scanning and recording and develop, mould and align itself within and as the development and manifestation of the human physical body, which was only supposed to occur within and during the moment of birth.

The problem occurs when the skeleton begin to develop. Herein the ‘foundation platform design’ of the MCS sectionalizes itself into the different parts of the skeletal alignment of human physical body – the fingers, the hands, the arms, the neck, the spine, the skull, the ribs, the legs, the feet and the toes etc. because the censors are no more there to scan/screen the development and manifestation of the human physical body.

When the MCS duplicate and sectionalize itself, it manifests as multiple MCS’s within and as your human physical body at each and every single placement/section of the skeleton formation as the fingers, arms, spine, ribs, legs, knees etc. which will then - within your life experience - manifest Multiple Sclerosis due to the Multiple MCS integrations and manifestations within and as your human physical body, integrated, infused and manifested right into the core of the skeletal structure of your human physical body.

You still only have one conscious, subconscious and unconscious mind which is operational. You exist within and as one MCS within and as the Skull-section. The rest of the MCS’s conscious, subconscious and unconscious mind’s are not ‘operational’ (therefore you do not have Multiple Personality Disorder) but they are ‘active’ – because as you came of age in this world and you designed your mind according to ‘who you will be’ as your personality/behaviour/mannerism etc. the information obtained through the primary MCS within and as which ‘you function’ would duplicate/copy the information into all the other MCS manifestations within and as your human physical body.

And it is through thinking, participating in thoughts / emotions / feelings / memories / reactions that the MCS’s integration within and as your human physical body intensify and become ‘worse’ by your very definition of you as a mind.

The reason it is suggested to not continue within the construct of spirituality/meditation is because both constructs within this world are designs of the unified field to have human beings remain enslaved to and in and as their own minds. By your very participation in spirituality/ meditation – you’re actually supporting the configuration/design of your own mind from within the unconscious mind generating and charging and powering the very existence thereof within and as you, instead of you supporting you as who you really are.

Assist and support you in no more accepting/allowing you to participate in thoughts, through applying Self Corrective Application in every moment by applying Self Forgiveness and be self aware here as breath in every moment as you participate during/throughout your day. Observe yourself, write yourself to freedom and within this, you will find much self forgiveness ‘points’ with which you’re able to assist and support you.

Pains in chest area

Question:

The person who I am in an agreement with is experiencing extensive pains in her chest area, mostly related to her heart like heart contraction as if someone is squeezing her heart. I am not able to do anything else then reflexology/massage to support her. The chest area i think is specifically related to her family construct, she has been writing loads forgiveness in terms of her father. She has been shaking for a couple of hours now. I am writing this cause it is urgent and she is not able to wright. I have applied reflexology on her feet and I am continuing with her hands. If this does not slow down in 2 hours we will seek medical attention, right now doe it seems to be cooling down throe reflexology. And right now we are watching Sunette's series of how pain supports enlightenment. Please any insight and perspective regarding this will help.

Perspective:

As much as the Mind influence the Physical, when one face manifested-consequence - wherein, it's in essence too late to want to change, and now attempt to change immediately and with that change the physical: You've got to walk-through the manifested-consequence.

So - when the condition gets as extensive as you described above = GO SEE A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL. Don't take chances - cause, pain and physical-conditions to such an extent obviously indicate a point that requires attention from the mechanics of the physical that is doctors at the Moment.

You cannot want to change a point, that has gone as far as affecting the physical to such a extent - immediately in a moment, Process takes time with changing self moment by moment and breath by breath as one walk-through and take care of and direct the physical manifested consequences self has already created.

So, please people - really, in emergency situations to such a extent = consult a practitioner/doctor; and take care of yourself and your physical; what you experience now in the physical has already been created through TIME, a long TIME and will only be resolved with walking in TIME and correcting self in TIME, but not as Mind-cycles but BREATH as self as each breath.

So, if you now see it's the heart and chest and you see the family point and specific person, you'll take on the Point but also GO ASSIST AND SUPPORT THE PHYSICAL WITH THE NECESSARY PROFESSIONALS that has studied the physical that can assist/support self in assisting and supporting the physical, and you assist and support yourself within the Physical through walking Process as applying/living the tools.

Pain as "Pain-indicators" is cool - wherein one experience slight pains now and then or sometimes even constant pains until one look at the point and direct it, and/or utilize physical support/assistance while one look at it. Use common sense guys - look after the physical, and yourself.

Your throat point contains your vocal cords or as I would prefer to refer to it as: Your Voice Box.

The sounds, in which you communicate and voice your words with, have also unfortunately been influenced by the systematic design of the consciousness systems within you. Meaning that words and the sounds in which you communicate them have been separated within yourself – words and sounds are not one as they are currently spoken within humanity yet it may seem so because you're probably asking: Then how's it possible that I communicate with words in sound as sound? Here, allow me to explain:

The words and sounds in which you communicate have been separated from yourself, within yourself, in totality. Meaning that when you communicate, all the words together with the sounds they are expressed within are actually done in support of consciousness systems within you and within the world and not spoken and voiced (words and sounds) as an unconditional expressive statement of who you really are.

How was this done?

In your Voice Box, situated in your throat region, is another system which is part of and one with the entire mind consciousness system within you. This Voice Box system have been designed with consciousness sound frequencies, mathematical equations and symbols – developed and designed by none other than Marduk – which also assist with the development of the entire mind consciousness system within you. Assisting in developing the definition and design of ‘who you are' and ‘who you will become' within the system as a mind consciousness system. Therefore words have been connected to consciousness sound frequency symbols as well as mathematical equations to support and assist the development and manifestation of the mind consciousness system within you as who and what you will become as you come of age in this world and experience your pre-programmed life experience. All the words you continuously speak, the specific sound frequency of each word, the emotional and feeling connotations to each word, the accepted picture or definition connected to each word, the specific symbol allocated to each word, the mathematical equation of which each word consist of: All this that each and every single word consist of and is designed as is manifested within each and every single human beings' Voice Box within the THROAT point and is connected to and one with your entire mind consciousness system within you. And this includes the conscious, subconscious and unconscious mind. Therefore when you speak any and all words, you actually support the compounding manifestation and existence of consciousness systems within yourself and within this world as the rest of humanity.

Have a look at the consequential effect of the existence of words and sounds as per consciousness systems designs: Whether you think a word or voice a word – it's the same thing because the word exist within you as per consciousness systems designs which I have described above.

Let's take the word ‘rape' for instance: If you but even communicate in conversation the topic regarding the word ‘rape' or even think about it and look at it in your mind through the act of thinking: You are actually manifesting the word in this world. Why? Because all words have been programmed in the image and likeness of that within which you experience yourself as in this world: The White Light gridline structure. In other words if you communicate or even think about the word rape as the word exist within you as consciousness systems designs as the sound frequency of the word ‘rape', the emotional and feeling connotation to the word ‘rape', the accepted picture or definition connected to the word ‘rape', the specific symbol allocated to the word ‘rape' and the mathematical equation of the word ‘rape' – you manifest all that this word ‘rape' stand as within your self as consciousness systems designs and world definition acceptance – as an actual experience. Whether by yourself or by anyone else in this world: You support the existence and manifested experience of rape in this world. And this goes for all words humanity, each and every single word because words and the sounds you communicate and voice them with, have been programmed and designed to support consciousness systems.

Why do you think there exist news broadcasting centers, to be displayed on television, newspapers regarding the status and situation of the world: It is reflecting what all of humanity as one is designing and manifesting through the words you speak and the thoughts you think. Also, of course, to further have you speak and think as communication of all that is broadcasted in the media as the news so that you are able to continue supporting consciousness systems within yourself and in this world which become manifested experiences within which you are controlled and directed and enslaved. Never to know that you, each and every single individual human being, is actually responsible for the manifested experiences of all human beings on earth through the words you speak and the thoughts you think as communication which is of consciousness systems.

(NOTE: I am not saying to become a mute, or never watch television or never to read. I will be sharing with you practical examples, solutions, of how to support yourself and the rest of humanity as one together to discontinue the manifested experiences allowed and accepted today through the words you speak and the thoughts you think. Eczema and Fear

Within your physical-body, is manifested ‘memories’ of your experiences of you from when you were a child, specifically pertaining to emotional and feeling reactions that you had has a child pertaining to circumstances you faced within which you experienced literal ‘physical uncomfortability’ – but was forced to ‘live through it’. For example – specifically pertaining to events as a child in which you didn’t want to do things, or participate in things, but was forced to either by parents, friends or teachers. Such events, wherein you were forced to do things that you didn’t want to = had a great impact on you physically, because you felt that you were forced into having to do something that you didn’t understand why you had to do it, and then because of that – you didn’t want to, but was left feeling ‘powerless’ because everyone was forcing you to do it.

For example – you being forced to go to school, and because you didn’t understand why you had to go to school – you didn’t want to go to school, but you couldn’t communicate that point to anyone, because at that stage, you yourself didn’t understand your experience with regards to you first wanting to understand why you were forced to do something. Later-on your understanding of why you had to go school became more ‘clear / apparent’, but your ‘physical uncomfortability’ still exist within-you, due to the event that happened when you started school, as being forced into something but not understanding why, which manifested as a physical-memory within you. The point is not related about school-itself, but the starting-point within-which you started going to school that had a great physical-experienced impact on you. This is but one example of a physical-memory manifested within-you in relation to physical experienced uncomfortability that is playing a part within the eczema that you’re experiencing.

We’d suggest going through your life-experience from when you can remember as a child, up to that age of 14, wherein you can identify events, wherein you experienced yourself being forced to do something – but you not understanding why you had to do it, but did it anyway due to not being able to communicate your experience, from the perspective of first wanting to understand why you had to / participate in a certain thing/event.

Realise that, the physical-uncomfortability you experienced, was in relation to fear – wherein you feared doing new things that you didn’t understand, thus why you first wanted to understand something new before participating within-it or doing-it, and why you didn’t want to do things you didn’t first understand.

Thus, we suggest approaching self forgiveness within the context of forgiving yourself for fearing that which did not yet understand, instead of realising that you had yourself – and that you don’t need ‘prior knowledge and information of mind’ to direct yourself within situations/events – all you need is you here in breath, self-honestly.

Also, we suggest to assist and support the physical while you’re walking through this process – to utilize a bridge as a cream/ointment to alleviate the inflammation caused by the eczema, this is taking into consideration that you are still in the physical, and for the moment – to assist and support you in the physical as/while you’re walking your process.


OCD and Fear of Dying

Question:

I was exploring the fear of self-expression and social anxiety and I began projecting. I wanted to imagine what it would be like to express myself openly without worrying about what others thought, and at that moment I got this split second flash of being on top of a really tall building, right at the edge looking down, and the fear that that image created in me was the exact same fear I would feel in social situations. If I hadn't 'registered' that split second image I would have probably associated that fear with the thought of self-expression, which would lead me to fear my own self-expression and suppress who I really am. I'm also working mainly on my ocd right now, and it happened again, but this time it was an association of suffocation with not feeding in to my impulse. With ocd you have routines and repetitive behaviour and so when I don't do my routine or the particular behaviour I feel like I'm not going to get oxygen. Or if I'm doing the routine and I catch myself and stop myself, I find I become out of breath- like I need to do the thing in order to breathe. So the fear of death is stopping me from expressing myself and ridding myself of ocd. But not even a logical fear of death, just an arbitrary image at the right moment to induce the feeling of impending doom.

Perspective:

Within having a look at ‘OCD’ – every single human being exist within and as such a ‘diss-order’ (how we’ve completely disarrayed the order of actual-living in/as the physical through and as the creation of/as the Mind Consciousness System); though within varying degrees and as various attributes and parts/components of and as personality-manifestations of/as the Mind Consciousness System. Participation in thoughts, participations in habitual-behaviours, participations in reactions – all participation in and as that which self ‘give into’; ‘stem’-from the ‘energetic physical-mind manifested’-Need to in that moment ‘fulfil’ our ‘addiction’ of perpetuated living in, as and through the Mind, in as and through that which we’ve defined ourselves. And, even within practical application – the addiction is prevalent as we walk-through our ‘obsessive compulsions’ of existing within, as and through an automated, pre-programmed system which has been ‘easier and safer’ because we don’t take responsibility, make the decisions – the Mind does.

Within the practical-application of stopping the Mind (and all experience this to varying extremes of intensity, as with yourself when stopping participation in and as the physical-mind energy of the “obsessive compulsion”) – you’re in the process of stopping the Mind, which has a consciousness of its own in relation to the extent that we’ve abdicated responsibility to/towards it, as it developed/programmed, through self - ‘patterns and channels’ of functioning through and as thoughts, voices and conversations within and as mediums of pictures, images, projections etc. (which is why your thinking is so / seems so automated as the ‘consciousness’ the mind has developed to continue its automated-functioning/existence). So, with the Mind being a System in nature – obviously it’s going to have fail-safe’s, protection-mechanisms and defenses and FEAR is utilized to provide such functions. And, as you have noticed within yourself already – the particular-specific Fear that is utilized to ensure the Mind Consciousness Systems’ ‘power source’ that is you, the being ‘remains in-check / in-line / in alignment’ with and as its Platform-Manifestation to ensure its continued-existence/survival; is Fear of Death. So – as you’ve already seen within yourself, for yourself – it’ll utilize pictures, images and/or conversations as thought-manifestations to produce a ‘Warning-Symbol Resonance’ into and as your Conscious-Mind as giving you a Message: “If you don’t think/act as I instruct – you as I will ‘die’” – though, this ‘death’, understand is the ‘death of the Mind Consciousness system’ from the perspective of its own ‘fear of death’ through not receiving Energy from/of its Source as you the being through and as you constant, continual participation within and as it.

So, within process – you’re stopping participation in the Mind, every moment of every breath you apply yourself in stopping participation in thoughts, and reactions as energy that feed the continued existence of/as self as the Mind, so – slowly, but surely you stop feeding it it’s source as energy and you start assisting and supporting you to live here in and as the Physical. Though, to the Mind it’s perceived as ‘death’, as its ‘end’ – which it is from a certain perspective, but also not entirely = as it’s not seeing the ‘greater picture’ of it. The Mind is the system-manifestation built of parts and constructs that constitute manifestation of/as ourselves that we’ve separated ourselves from, designed into and as a system and programmed as a consciousness due to accepted and allowed abdication of responsibility within and as the principle of and as equality and oneness with and as the Physical. So, in terms of process – what you’re in fact walking is the process of standing equal-to and one with yourself, within yourself first – as the Mind, as all of you that you have accepted and allowed yourself to separate yourself from.

I’m sharing this with you, so that you’re able to understand and see the structural manifestation/design of what it is that you’re facing within yourself, that – it’s not ‘death’ per say that you’re facing when the fear comes when you do not accept/allow yourself to participate in that particular-specific “obsessive-compulsion” – it’s more your fear as the Mind of in that Moment ‘ending / not existing’ as you in that moment of not participating in/as the energy of/as the ‘obsessive compulsion’ and so not act in/as it = you in that moment don’t feed the Mind. And the ‘panic-attack’ one actually experience is the extent of the energy build-up / compound of/as the ‘fear of death’ failsafe / protection and defence-mechanism of/as the Mind Consciousness System to ensure one continue existing in, as and through it in relation to how we’ve programmed, designed and manifested ourselves within and as it.

And, all human-beings experience these/such Fear-manifested failsafe / protection and defence-mechanism of/as the Mind Consciousness System to ensure one continue existing in, as and through it – like, for example “having a conversation in one’s mind, talking oneself out of stopping a particular-specific application” or “accepting and allowing oneself to give-Into energy and justify why one returned to a particular-specific habit/addiction” = all such negations of/as one’s decision to stop, stand-up and change is done within, as and through fears which manifest in all sorts of ways such as “fears of losing friends” or “fears of other peoples thoughts” or “fears of losing relationships” – fears of loss = fears of death; fears of deaths/Ends/the endings of parts of self to which self has accepted and allowed self to define self through and as the Mind. So, your process is in terms of practical application and facing the Mind as you, is exactly the same as everyone else; though of course in the aspect of your “obsessive compulsions” within, as and through your living-action through and as the Mind = a lot more extreme. And so; your process in terms of your practical application will be experienced as being more ‘tough / difficult’ because the extent to which your ‘physical-mind behaviour’ is charged/lived-into the physical through and as energy; is more ‘extensive’. Now – this is not ‘bad’, it’s simply facing the reality of the situation and your experience at the Moment in the physical through the Mind.

In reading you as your words as your approach in relation to transcending this point as you – you’ve got the basics of it from where to assist/support yourself to start – meaning, you’re taking the step of applying yourself and walking through it. Though – take it slow, take it easy – do not unnecessary place you in experiences of compromises – you know to what point/moment you’re able to push yourself; so – take it one point at a time; maybe start with the ‘smaller’ parts of you as “obsessive compulsion” that you live through and as the Mind and start pushing yourself through them, meaning have a look at where you participate in “obsessive compulsion” within and as your world that is more ‘seemingly insignificant’ that the other manifestations and start from there, and so you progress yourself through all the manifested-extremes.

And – continue writing; through writing you’ll give yourself clarity and stability and already start the process of releasing yourself from the Energy that hold you within and as the Mind, so you’re able to ‘better’ prepare yourself within, as and through the facing of you in actual-reality.

Perspective

With regards to the current design of blood-clotting within you as the physical: 

Within the word Clotting = Clothing / Cloning / Clone-King. 


Within the Blood of the physical human body is designed the ‘generation-hereditary-passing’ – within which exist all that which has been passed unto you from the generations and the lives that has gone before you, and that you have lived as your past-lives. 
Thus, the Blood in the physical human body is the ‘manifested flowing format’ as representation of the design of DNA, thus, what exist as the design of your DNA, and exist within the design of your DNA – exist within and as the manifestation of and as your Blood in its entirety. 


So, within your existence as your past-lives, and that of your ‘forefathers’ as the generations that has gone before you – all of that ‘manifested information as what they lived and you lived as ‘who you are’ – was passed on into and as and through the physical through time: All of it. 
This ‘passing on,’ was done through the blood, wherein the blood of the parents, would manifest/design the DNA of the Child, and then in turn, the Child would pass on themselves as the Mind, unto their children, wherein their blood would eventually manifest/design their child’s Dna, and so on and so on. 

So, within the very manifestation as blood clots exist all that which you have ‘cloned of yourself’ from your parents and ‘clothed’ yourself within, meaning, defining you as ‘who you are’ according to that which you copied from yourself and cloned yourself as a copy of them, becoming a copied clone as your parents.



Even though this that I describe exist within every being as human within this world in and as their physical body as blood as DNA , the reason why it manifest in/as blood clotting within some and others not,  depends on the ‘Intensity of your Being’ and the ‘Extensivity of your Expression,' meaning how intense and how extensive you act /behave within the experience of yourself in this world. 


What happens is, that which you copied and cloned yourself as of your parents, meaning, that of their mind design which you copied from them as a child and lived/acted within as though it was ‘who you really are’ (in that process of living so – becoming a physical living clone of them) and living this ‘cloned-design’ of your parents as certain parts as behaviours/traits/way of thinking/reacting, with such intensity/extensiveness, blood clots manifest because your intensity/extensiveness of Being as your expression is too intense and extensive for the Mind consciousness system design to handle, and thus manifest an imbalance within your physical body within the mind consciousness system design. 


So, your beingness as Intensity and Extensivity, within the cloned design of your parents you exist as within the mind consciousness system, that beingness expression of yourself as that part of your actual expression, that is infused within and as the mind consciousness system as the clone design you exist as, imbalances the mind consciousness system and thus, compensates for itself through filtering your expression into itself and holding in pockets stored within the veins of the human physical body so that it can function normally and contain your expression/beingness of intensity/extensivity. 



Within this containment pockets manifested within the veins of the human physical body – wherein the intensity of the beingness of you is filtered within so that the mind consciousness system can function according to its normal pre-designed level of functionality, blood clots form in turn, as the human physical body itself compensates for the pressure manifested within the veins of the human physical body caused by the manifestation of the containment pockets. 



So, the forming of blood clots is the manifestation of the human physical body attempting to release pressure manifested within itself due to an entire manifested imbalance caused due to the imbalance experienced within and as the mind consciousness system itself that exist in and as the physical. 


The following is suggested: 

For the moment, utilize what is necessary/available to assist and support the physicality of the human physical body as the condition it is currently manifested within. 


There are a few points as self to approach with regards to the manifestation of blood clotting within and as the physical human body as self, due to how self exist within and as the mind consciousness system as self, as what self has defined self to be as ‘who I am’: 

Firstly: 

To clearly identify what of your parents you have copied unto yourself, and are living as though it is ‘who you really are’.

This is done as follows: 
Realise that, because you have become/are the living manifestation as clone of your parents, you cannot always see that which you are as the entirety of you, so, you utilize your reflection as you to assist and support you within this process of seeing yourself, which, in this case specifically, is your parents. Your parents that is you, both from the perspective of the principle of equality and oneness, and from the perspective of you being a clone of them from the perspective of their mind consciousness system design.

So, in observing them as you, meaning, identifying what of them have you copied and cloned yourself as in becoming them, from the perspective of themselves as a mind consciousness system design, you’ll be able to assist and support yourself to de-clone yourself, so to speak, and give you the opportunity to live you as who you really are within the principle of equality and oneness as Life and no more exist as a cloned mind consciousness system.



Therefore, to clearly identify what of your parents you have copied unto yourself, and are living as though it is ‘who you really are,' you observe them within yourself within the ffollowing way: 

 Step 1: 
Take two books, or two Word-Sheets, one for Mother and one for Father. 



Step 2: 
Now, you observe your Mother and Father closely within yourself, within asking the following questions within yourself: 
 1. What of my mother and what of my father irritate me? Meaning, what actions do they take in their behaviour or way/manner of speaking or doing things that irritate me? 

Then, you write it down specifically under each sheet or within each book.



2. What do I blame my mother and father for? Meaning, what blame exist within me towards them because of me feeling that they’re the cause / reason / problem for experiences that exist/manifest within me and my world? 


3.
Then, you write it down specifically under each sheet or within each book. 

This is but two examples, you have to have a look at towards what of your Mother and your Father you react to specifically, and identify the specific reaction/experience towards the particular thing they do/say and the way they say/do it.



When you’re done with this process and you’re satisfied that you’ve clearly laid out your experience towards your parents specifically from the perspective of identifying what of them do you react towards and what specific reactions come up within you towards what they specifically do/say, the following step follows:



Step 3: 
Realise/understand that, all that you have written down with regards to the experience of yourself within yourself towards your parents, reflect directly, you back to yourself, as that of your parents you’ve copied unto yourself and currently live out. Because, that which you react to, towards your parents, is exactly what you’re doing within yourself and existing as within yourself.



For example, a simple point: 

Let’s say you identify the way your mother holds a cup of coffee irritates you, and the way she drinks it irritates you, when you actually hold a cup of coffee and drink the coffee in the exact same way but you don’t see it as yourself, because you’re living it in doing it so absolutely.Thus, your mother reflect you back to yourself directly as what you’ve copied of her.

Or, you identify that within the way your father approaches a situation when speaking with you and you react in anger/resentment towards him, because of the sound of his voice and the manner within which he postures his physicality, you react towards him, because you speak the same way, in the same voice, standing in exactly the same way towards others in your world, he’s reflecting how you speak/stand in certain situations towards others directly. 



So, within Step Two, you can start/begin with either your Mother or Father. Herein, this step requires self honest practical self-assessment: 

All the Points you have written down with regards to what exactly you identified of your Mother and Father as how they present themselves in situations/acts within word and deed that you react towards, which, as I explained, is a direct reflection of yourself, as how/why you present yourself in situations/acts within word and deed in an exact, precise way, you flag point within you.


Meaning, as you participate within your daily activities /in your world, you observe yourself, and the moment you see that you’re accessing a cloned point within yourself, meaning ‘about to act/behave in the exact same way your parents/one of your parents do’ as that which you copied of them which you identified for yourself in writing, you STOP yourself immediately from going into such behaviour/speaking in a certain manner/tone. You must stop yourself in the Moment, immediately and simply NOT PARTICIPATE in anyway whatsoever. Breathe, change yourself in the moment and start again within approaching the moment in self honesty here instead of acting/behaving as a automatic pre-programmed clone. 
This is the practical corrective action application, as the physical practical walk to be lived/applied by you, to actually change you in fact in the moment immediately.

Now, with regards to the self forgiveness within/as/of this Process, is suggested to be done as follows: 
The self forgiveness you can do as you identify each point individually within the writing out of the process of identifying what of your parents you have copied and is living as yourself as clone of them, or, you can apply the self forgiveness once the entire process is complete and you walk through each point individually and apply self-forgiveness. 



It is suggested for the self forgiveness to be applied as follows: 

Using the example of the ‘Cup’ with regards to your Mother (here I’ll give an example of the entire process, from self forgiveness to the self corrective action/change point): 

You identified that you react towards how your Mother holds a cup and how she drinks from that cup. You identified that you react in irritation towards that because you experience within yourself that she’s ‘presenting a lie,' because she’ll hold a cup and drink from it in a sophisticated way when around friends or family to present sophistication, but when she’s alone, she’ll drink it in a different way, not caring how she’s holding the cup or drinking from it.



Self Forgiveness: 
 First you start with your reactive experience. This part of self forgiveness is done to assist and support you, for when the moment arrives again to simply stop and accept/allow you to react or participate within the reaction;

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to react in irritation towards how my mother holds and drinks from her cup. 


I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to react in irritation – because of me experiencing her to be presenting a lie of sophistication towards others – because I see her drinking differently when she’s alone.



Secondly, you go unto identifying how it is and where it is that you present a lie within holding a cup/glass in a certain way and drinking it in a particular way when you’re with other people. This part of self forgiveness done so, to assist and support you in preparing the way before you, so that when you are in actuality, in the physical - within a situation where you’re holding a cup/glass and drinking from it – change you in the moment of drinking it/holding it, so as to ensure that you’re not drinking it/holding it to present a lie to/towards other people to‘show off /please for example, but change you in self honesty in the moment and simply enjoy the drink as you in holding the glass/cup as you. Then you go:



I forgive myself that I haven’t allowed myself to realise, that I’ve reacted in irritation towards how my mother is holding a cup and drinking from it in a certain way within my experience of her presenting a lie for other people – because I do the exact same way when I’m with other people. 


I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to hold a cup/glass a certain way and drink from it in a certain way when I’m with certain people to present a lie within the starting point of wanting to please or show off.


I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to want to present a lie of myself towards others people through holding a cup/glass a certain way and drinking from it in a particular way because I haven’t accepted me unconditionally, but am looking for recognition from others.



Alright, so you approach the self forgiveness within each point: 
First, you start with your reactive experience. This part of self forgiveness done to assist and support you, for when the moment arrives again, simply stop you to accept/allow you to react or participate within the reaction when it arise. 


Secondly, applying self forgiveness for how you act/behave in the exact same way as that towards which you reacted. This part of self forgiveness done to assist and support self to actually stop and change self practically, immediately, in the moment when you see/realise your action/behaviour.



From the self forgiveness applied ;you walk the practical corrective action application as the physical practical walk to be lived/applied by you to actually change you in fact in the moment immediately, as we discussed above. 

Applying self forgiveness and actually living the application of self forgiveness, meaning actually changing you immediately in the moment, is the key to actual, real self change/transformation as self forgiveness without actually, practically changing you in the moment of experience is useless. 



NOTE: 
If you grew up with only a mother or only a father, you work with only your mother/only your father as reflection of you. 
If you grew up with a grand parent or aunt from childhood, you work with your grand parent / aunt / uncle as reflection of you. 
Basically, thus, you work with’the being(s) that has had an direct influence in your childhood years that stood as your parents/were your parents, as it is of them that you have copied yourself into becoming the manifested clone of them. 

This particular application of de-cloning you, of no more existing as the servant of the clone king as the manifestation of clotting of blood, as existing as a copy of those that has gone before you: is the primary focus point application with regards to beings physicality as themselves manifested within blood clots / the recurrence thereof. 



The blood clotting will be a manifested physical indication of the effectiveness of your self application, and will thus in its entirety become non existent when you are as the entirety of yourself as the completeness of you - no more existing as a Clone – but as self honesty, as here, as who you really are, and is living this in actuality in every moment as breath as you, proven. 

However, blood clots or none, it is suggested for each being to walk this process as is suggested within this document in its entirety - for each one is a manifested clone of those that has gone before them, and will assist and support you to within specificity and preciseness, actually change you, from no more existing as a clone , but as who you are as your unique expression in self honesty here, equal and one with and as all.

This is an opportunity only you can give to yourself, to re-discover you, and actually for the first time, live and express the REAL you. 



Secondly: 

What I have walked through with you under this section: “Firstly” is a walk as you that’ll have to be taken step by step. It’s your ‘‘process walk’ so to speak. So, don’t attempt to ‘haste through it,' simply walk it as you walk in the physical within participating in this world. 

I understand that, at the moment, all of it may seem as much, but in taking it step by step and actually beginning, the ‘process walk’ will become you, and the muchness will disappear, because you’re actually walking the physical change of you as you. So, take it easy on yourself, meaning, don’t be hard on yourself or be deterred from the seeming amount thereof, it only seems that way at the moment because it’s not yet you living it as you equal and one. You’ll see, once it becomes you, it’ll simplify itself as you and you changing you will become more immediate. But first, you have to start.



So, the “Secondly-Section,” is your every moment self assistance and self support. Your self foundation support as you walk through your process as described within the “Firstly-Section.” 

Here BREATH is important. 
Understand, that, because you are an intense and extensive being within your nature, you have a tendency to rush and experience rushes of haste, wherein you go into a manifested physical experience of intense/extreme stress, stressing yourself into unnecessary limits of emotional/feeling reactions almost immediately. 
This also perpetuates the manifestation of blood clots, this tendency to strain yourself to the extreme in relation to emotional/feeling reactions/experiences within you, which happen almost suddenly/immediately and strain the physical in itself. 

Therefore, it is important to assist and support self, to not accept/allow self to place strain unto and as the physical as you through participating within unnecessary extreme/intense emotional/feeling reactions of/as self strain wherein you almost experience an addictive type of energetic rush, for it is this energetic rush specifically, that perpetuates the manifestation of blood clots also.



So, remain here as breath, SLOW YOU DOWN, be the expression of slowing down, move gently through your day with yourself as you, and walk and stop and change you accordingly. 

Imperative to ensure you don’t accept/allow yourself to go into the extremes of any emotional/feeling reaction/experience. Herein BREATH assist and support, slowing yourself down to walk as the moment. 

So, whenever you feel/experience yourself go into any extreme experience of emotion/feeling or creating it within yourself through thoughts/reaction to manifest as you: STOP. Simply don’t go there – stabilize you here as breath – utilize the tools available and self discipline you to stop going into mind addictions such as thought patterns and reactions. 



Thirdly: 

For further self assistance and self support, suggested to utilize the Word Purifier , to assist and support self in standing one and equal as words as sound. 

Because through the Word-Purifier, you purify words as cleansing you from any energetically charged system construct manifestations that exist/is manifested in and as your physical that activate within you of the mind consciousness system when speaking and hearing words. 

Because even within speaking/hearing words, from which you are separate, words which you’ve defined according to what you exist as, as personality-of-mind as cloned-copy of your parents, as words that contain energetic charges and system constructs of mind, these energetic charges gets activated, used by the mind consciousness system to power itself, and saves the energetic charges from the words spoken/heard into and as the physical that pressurize the physical, and thus play a direct role within the support of the manifestation of blood clots. 

Therefore, I’d suggest, an hour a day – assist and support you with the Word-Purifier – breathe as you see and write the word, simply release the reactions/thoughts that come up until you can type the word/words without any movement/motion/reaction within you. 

This will assist and support you greatly as walk this process - for the Word-Purifier within sounding words as you as being equal and one as/with words – will release manifested physical energetic charges and system constructs that manifested due to participation in emotions/feelings as energy to give you the opportunity to actually express you, instead of existing as reaction. And thus, in essence, assist and support with the changing of you from system clone to self expression as sound. 



Within all of this, the intensity/extensivity of the nature of your expression will no more be diverted into the existence of the mind consciousness system - as what you exist as in and as the physical as the mind consciousness system, which can only handle certain levels of functionality in and as the physical, you will eventually become the living expression of / as intensity equal and one with you one and equal as the physical, which is a much different expression that’ll emerge as you than what is currently manifesting through the mind consciousness system as what you believe/think yourself to be.



But first,  it is to be equal and one with yourself here, thus, stop existing as a clone as the mind in separation, and actually change you in living application. to within, living the change as you/ self realise who you really are.

Indigestion

Indigestion: Indig (Indignation) estion (Suppression).



Thus, Indigestion – looking at manifested self suppression of/as indignation, that is pertinent/existent within the current nature/beingness of/as self. Meaning, that you’ve manifested yourself as a living habit within suppressing self experienced indignation within and as self, to the extent wherein you as indignation has manifested and is tainting all that you are/do and speak, even within your self forgiveness. 

So, your self forgiveness for example, is done within the nature/beingness of you as indignation, that is suppressed as you within and as your physical, and thus, will actually perpetuate what it is that you exist as, as indignation, manifesting physically as indigestion, instead of clearing/releasing/realising you as self-forgiveness. 



Indignation: In dignity of the nation, so, you, as indignation manifest/has manifested when you self compromised you for something or someone else, attempting to dignify yourself through others to be recognized in the system, the world system, and thus lived in dignity of the nation, the nation being the accepted programmed reality, as society, as the unified consciousness field and all that exist of it, wherein you deliberately compromised you in moments to fit in and be as. 

Giving yourself up to live by the creed, ‘in dignity of the nation,' constantly self compromising you, and in this self compromise, manifesting you as indignation, due to you actually seeing/knowing within you what it is that you’re accepting and allowing, yet existing within the excuse, ‘But I have no other choice,' then anger and resentment, contempt and frustration grow and grow and grow as you see yourself and what you do, but instead of stopping, you just continue and accept/allow the indignation that has become you to grow and grow and grow. 


Later, it manifest as self hatred that is covered by/through directing/exerting the existence of self as self indignation unto others/towards others, directly or indirectly in thought, word and deed, and later self forget that it is self, self is angry at, frustrated at, disgusted with, but self become so consumed with self, possessed by self’s own indignation, that self become the living demon of indignation manifested as itself, and is lost as one’s own self creation.



So, I’d suggest to pull this entire manifested design apart, observe where and towards who/with what you self compromise, meaning, deliberately inferiorize (to make yourself less than another) to please them for example. Wanting to give yourself up to them for appreciation, recognition, acceptance etc. doing this because you haven’t accepted, appreciated, recognized yourself. And when you feel that you don’t get what you intended, you exert your reaction unto them, when in fact, you’re reacting to/towards yourself, because you know you’ve compromised you in wanting to give yourself to them in search of acceptance/recognition/appreciation, instead of giving it to yourself, being it for yourself and living it as you.

This is the origin design of indignation, manifest. 



So, look at where you live for others, instead of living you, here, self honestly as self expression equal and one. 
Because indigestion, is a manifested physical build up of emotional/feeling constructs, that hardens the physical, as it build/manifest layers, which cause dysfunctionalities within the physical, specifically here, the manifested physical build up of indignation as self as what self created/manifested to be and the energetic emotional/feeling charges as reactions that manifested as it within your physical, produced the physical consequence as indigestion. 



Therefore, suggested to more specifically, observe/look towards who/what within your world currently and past, do you still exist as indignation towards, projecting what you actually experienced within you, towards you unto others, and thus holding a grudge of blame to/towards them. And realise, that whatever you experience/experienced towards them, you projected unto them, of yourself, meaning, whatever you experience/experienced to/towards them, you’re actually experiencing towards you. 

Investigate this in detailed specificity and self correct through self forgiveness and self corrective action accordingly.

Since process started and all of each being has been inverted into self to face and take self responsibility for: Whatever is experienced within the being and their world reflects and reveals the nature of the being themselves within: To so see, to so face, to so stand up and to so take self responsibility for all and everything of self. 

Thus, each one is responsible for themselves.

Is death opinion or real

Death is real, it exists and is actually physically experienced. 

Death as an opinion is your perception of/about death and all that is involved. Therefore, if you haven't actually physically experienced death and have ideas/perceptions of death formed within you, you have opinionated death within yourself based on opinions of others as words/images you've infiltrated within you of others. 

Therefore, technically, death is an opinion with regards to all that are currently still breathing in the physical, because not one has yet actually physically experienced it and crossed over to the interdimensional existence!

Dermatitis eczema

Within your physical-body, is manifested ‘memories’ of your experiences of you from when you were a child, specifically pertaining to emotional and feeling reactions that you had has a child pertaining to circumstances you faced within which you experienced literal ‘physical uncomfortability’ – but was forced to ‘live through it’. For example – specifically pertaining to events as a child in which you didn’t want to do things, or participate in things, but was forced to either by parents, friends or teachers. Such events, wherein you were forced to do things that you didn’t want to = had a great impact on you physically, because you felt that you were forced into having to do something that you didn’t understand why you had to do it, and then because of that – you didn’t want to, but was left feeling ‘powerless’ because everyone was forcing you to do it.

For example – you being forced to go to school, and because you didn’t understand why you had to go to school – you didn’t want to go to school, but you couldn’t communicate that point to anyone, because at that stage, you yourself didn’t understand your experience with regards to you first wanting to understand why you were forced to do something. Later-on your understanding of why you had to go school became more ‘clear / apparent’, but your ‘physical uncomfortability’ still exist within-you, due to the event that happened when you started school, as being forced into something but not understanding why, which manifested as a physical-memory within you.

The point is not related about school-itself, but the starting-point within-which you started going to school that had a great physical-experienced impact on you. This is but one example of a physical-memory manifested within-you in relation to physical experienced uncomfortability that is playing a part within the eczema that you’re experiencing.

We’d suggest going through your life-experience from when you can remember as a child, up to that age of 14, wherein you can identify events, wherein you experienced yourself being forced to do something – but you not understanding why you had to do it, but did it anyway due to not being able to communicate your experience, from the perspective of first wanting to understand why you had to / participate in a certain thing/event.

Realise that, the physical-uncomfortability you experienced, was in relation to fear – wherein you feared doing new things that you didn’t understand, thus why you first wanted to understand something new before participating within-it or doing-it, and why you didn’t want to do things you didn’t first understand.

Thus, we suggest approaching self forgiveness within the context of forgiving yourself for fearing that which did not yet understand, instead of realising that you had yourself – and that you don’t need ‘prior knowledge and information of mind’ to direct yourself within situations/events – all you need is you here in breath, self-honestly.

Thus, have a look at events or situations from when you can remember up to the age of 14, wherein you experienced ‘extreme fear’ of ‘doing new things’, wherein you approached the ‘new things’ within the starting point of fear, manifesting physical uncomfortability – which influenced your whole experience throughout your experience within the new endeavours. And then apply self-forgiveness for accepting and allowing yourself to walk into something new as fear, instead of as yourself, here.

That’s the physical-memory aspect of the eczema-experienced in your physical body. With regards to current-triggers within your experience of yourself at the moment in your world – we suggest looking at this point of fear, especially when approaching something ‘new’, because you’ve formed a habit of approaching new things and people within the starting-point of fear, which manifest extreme physical uncomfortability, which cause the eczema to inflame even more. Practically – we suggest, observing yourself closely in becoming self-aware of the experience of yourself when approaching new things and people in your world – whenever you experience fear, immediately stop-yourself within-yourself through breathing, be here in and as your physical and don’t accept or allow yourself to participate in the starting-point of fear. If during an event the fear arise, simply breathe for the moment – when you return to where you are with yourself alone – you can re-look at the experience and see what thoughts/people triggered the fear-reactions and apply self forgiveness accordingly, so that next-time when you face a similar event = you’ve prepared the way before you and can stop the thoughts and reactions more immediately.

We suggest starting with this for now, we’ll go into it more specifically within a document, with regards to eczema triggers in relation to physical uncomfortability manifested by fear, so – for the moment, focus on the memory-points in relation to self forgiveness and the practical application within your current-reality in relation to prominent fear-reactions you experience.

Mental Illness

Question and Perspective

Mental illness can be cured by self programing, I mean if we try to concentrate in ourself rather than on the illness, the illness can be cured.


Understand, the Mind is integrated and merged with the human physical body. So - in terms of walking through one's Mind in the process of self-change - it's not simply just a matter of changing one's self-programming in the Mind, it's also to in fact physically change one's relationship with the Mind and the Physical. So, in walking process - one is essentially transforming one's beingness that has become the Mind in the Physical, to standing as Self in the Physical. And this is not something that can be done in an instant due to the extent and complexity of the integration of the Mind in the Physical. Every thought, backchat pattern, reaction of emotion/feeling, personality systems, habit constructs, conscious, subconscious and unconscious mind detail - there are extensive networks/unified fields of relationships manifested as actual threads that is threaded into the human physical body in various ways/methods/connections. Only through the process of writing and self forgiveness - through walking ONE POINT as ONE THREAD of the Mind at a time, can one release the relationships of the threads/manifestations of the Mind into the Physical. And only releasing them - doesn't mean it just goes away, because it can reconstitute itself within/from the Unconscious-Mind where everything of one's entire Mind is stored. Therefore - you have to physically walk the self-change/practical application once one has done the writing and self forgiveness - which is the practical purpose of the self corrective statements/commitment statements one do once one had walked writing and self-forgiveness. So that from the self corrective/commitment statements - one can in fact practically, physically walk the change in one's behaviour/interaction to ensure that what one has walked in one's writing/self forgiveness does not return/reconstitute itself.


So, with Mental Illness - the extent of the Mind's integration into the Physical, and because the Mind is no more as structured/specific due to misalignment's in the entire Mind, it's not just as simple as changing/transforming the program due to the severity of the consequence of the mind in the physical, and how the mind even changed/transformed the very physical-fabric/alignments. So - to walk out of Mental Illness - one will even have to reconstitute the entire physical-fabric design of the human physical body and for this, you have to stand/be equal-to and one-with the physical absolutely. This only pertains to the most severe cases of mental illness. There are beings that have faced mental illness that can walk the process of writing, self forgiveness and self corrective application to re-align themselves with/as the Mind and stand up where the mental illness is not yet as extensively developed/manifested - and there has been individuals that has already walked this process through aligning themselves with writing, self forgiveness and self corrective application, but this is does not pertain to all cases, it depends much on the individual.

So, the process is extensive and not just as simple as changing self-programming only - if it were that simple: humanity would have been changed already.
