Perspective on dimensions and 3D:

When / while the interdimensional existence still existed – yes we were able to bring through gnomes etc., though, the dimensions and dimensional beings no more exists, there exist no more ‘individual beings’ as dimensional beings and they are no more part of process as they are in this moment one and equal as life here.

The ‘focus’ is specifically directed to this physical manifested existence/universe within which we experience ourselves – thus, each and every single expression within this existence is within and as their individual process of becoming self aware, taking self responsibility, standing up and amalgamating self as life as all as one as equal – so we may stop all and everything we have accepted and allowed ourselves to be and become, do unto ourselves and others as ourselves of separation and dishonesty of the mind and systems.

Realise that everything and all that you are able to touch with your human physical body is aware, such as car keys, light bulb, coffee beans, grass, leaves, blood cells – is aware as you are aware and is currently within the process of stopping / destroying all and everything of this creation that has been created of the mind, in separation and self dishonesty – to stand up and take self responsibility to manifest self as the expression of life here as all as one as equal. And so it is for each and every single refraction that exists – each one will and must stop, stop within themselves, and assist and support self to no more accept/allow anything less than who we really are as life as all as one as equal.

At the moment we are focusing on ‘what exists here’ within and as the existence, in making human beings aware of what we have taken for granted within this world as ourselves – for instance, the sand grain, a birds’ feather, fire, the chair you sit upon – is all aware as you are aware, and together, one and equal, with all within this process of becoming self aware as presence of self as ‘who we really are’. A:

A change has taken place within existence: The dimensions and dimensional beings no more exist, there are no more ‘individual dimensional beings’ – they are no more part of process as their process is done. All of the dimensions are now one and equal as life.

All that exists in this moment is what is here within and as this physical manifested existence – to establish oneness and equality as life through self awareness. This includes the very computer you type on, the lamp, the bed post, toothpaste, razor, shaving cream – all and everything is aware as you are aware and one and equal as you within this process of manifesting self as all as one as equal as life.

The focus is now here within this existence, thus, it is for you to focus on you in assisting and supporting you within and as your individual process here.

For further perspective I also suggest you go through all the video interviews and material on the site, which will explain why each one individually is responsible for what exists within this world as ourselves and how and why each one must and will stand up and not accept/allow ourselves to exist of the mind, in separation and self dishonesty but stand up and take self responsibility for the nature we have accepted and allowed ourselves to be and become.

Personal requests:

At the moment we will not be doing any requests for recently departed due to the extensive volume / amount of requests in this moment being too much and ‘takes human beings attention and focus’ away for the actual reason why we’re here – which is to assist and support each human being to assist and support themselves in realising the importance of standing up and taking self responsibility to give self direction so we can stop what we have continued to accept and allow to exist within this world as within ourselves. Because each and every single one of us within existence is equally as one responsible for what we have done and become as the experience of ourselves within this world as all others as ourselves: Therefore – we must stop and realise that we have done this – stand up, take self responsibility and live oneness and equality as life as who we are in every moment of breath in self honesty – because we simply cannot continue to exist as we have always accepted and allowed ourselves to exist.

There is so much to do – and ‘focusing on personal requests’ completely ‘diverts’ the specificity of assisting and supporting each individual human being within their own process of stopping participation in the mind to live who each really are.

We understand the ‘desire’ to ‘want to’ communicate for ‘personal reasons’ – though, human beings that cross over go through their individual processes to assist and support themselves to assist and support human beings as themselves effectively in this world to ‘wake them up’.

Thus, understand that each one crossing over are within / remain within their individual processes, so I suggest you do also – so we may stand up for all as one as equal in existence to no longer accept / allow anything less than who we really are.

Perspective on: How do I communicate through to another Dimension?

A:

Hi Marlin my name is Andrea and i work here at Desteni-Universe with the dimensions, so i will give you and some of the other people on the forum insight into how to communicate with other dimensions. I really do hope that you get this message as when you sent this question to [email protected] we did not get an e-mail adress. Perhaps you do not mind me posting the reply on the web site (hoping you see it here) as all questions are open to all as we are surely not going to hide who we are from each other any longer. What is to hide, we are all equal and one in this world and share equally the responsibility of what we have allowed, so here goes:

Firsly i would like to mention that the fourth dimension, the one that is 'unseen' by the human eye where the dimensional beings exist are of course not the only dimensions that we are able to communicate with. As our third dimension existence here in 3D allows us only to be surrounded by what our eyes allow us to see. It is great to see poeple like yourself and some of those on the forum asking the question: how do i communicate with all levels of existence around me. You see everything in existence is here and if we give OURSELVES permission then we are able to communicate with and as ourselves to existence. So step one would be realising that at any moment you are able to utilise your own ability to slow down and for example meditate and become better aquanted with all levels of existence. I only use the word level of existence to say that all the layers of ourself in existence is here as our self expression - meaning that there are no levels of better versus lower - get what i am saying? So firsrtly do not fear anything. Fear is the Idea that is created by consciousness that we are never able to stand up to it as who we are - as the image and likeness of God. I would suggest reading as many articles writen by the forms of existence here at Desteni to give you a better understanding of themselves so that you become better aquanted with who we are as life amongst all other forms of existence - and that nobody is to fear anything. For example I have suggested to somebody on the forum that they mediate with death after death wrote an article expressing it's role here as the destroyer of consciesness - fascinating. Then there is the animal kingdom, nature, the stars, consciousness and of course the dimensions all explaing their role here to get us all back to awareness and standing UP!

So you are at any moment able to communicate with death or consciousness or anybody for that matter if firtsly you understand that you are one and eqaual to them, not seperated, above or below. Take the ego out as that together with the interferences of the mind (judgments, ideas, beliefs etc.) will give you the answers according to what you want to hear. That is probably the only 'obstacle' that one faces within themselves is realising that pride and all other mind creations just delay you understanding self - nobody is able to give you to you so one should always respect and honour your process. The mind and how it influeces your perception of what you experience is a book in itself! Therefore i will mention that following basic meditative steps will assist to get clear communication with whoever you communicate with. So step number one you may want to speak to either a dimensional being or even yourself! Lie down, if you are already familiar with the focuss created through meditation then i suggest you get yourself there. Just lie down in a quiet space. Lying down assist the body to go into a deeper state of relaxation as the mind is somwhat switched off. So then just focus alot at first on your breathing. Calming your breathing down with deep breaths you will get to a stage where you actually only experience the breathing. This is where you then are actually able in amongst the breathing to ask (for example) yourself or a being a question. Just trusting yourself that you are absolutely able as it's equal - just ask. there are no wrongs and we will assist you through this. So now in amonsgt those calming breaths you ask hello who am i? Then you place yourself here within your body so that you are the being - meaning whether you are communicating with Jesus or yourself you just place the being within you as both of you are one. Within equality and oneness there is no such thing as the mind that creates an outcome that is anything else but purity. So just trust. I would suggest that before you communicate with another being that you speak to yourself. Place yourself as your focuss on your presence here within your body. Then speak. You will be amazed with what you understand. sometimes you might speak to yourself in images, then sometimes you will hear sentences, or words. just breath, do not judge yourself and enjoy. Then once you have UNCONDITIONALY enjoyed that moment then move on, leaving behind the previous moment. Let say for example that you have just asked yourself am i here? And within the dark stilness you either see or hear YES! Wow what a start hey? What else would one want then to actually make that connection with self and hear that word - the biggest gift one is ever able to give yourself is the connection to self.

Remember that it is firstly about who you are in this world not about meeting dead peple. Also and yes this i have learned most certainly the hard way. If you want to be with them so that it ads something to your existence and validates you then they will most probably ignore you. They will speak to you as their equal. Jesus or Kryon or whoever will not speak high faluting words about world peace and that you are their slave. TRUTH and COMMON SENSE will step forth in forms that 3D is probably never heard of before. Heaven is now very directive, very sure of themselves and play no more mind games - yet with this in mind they will step up as your equal and be yourself with regards to showing yourself to you. That is quite a challenge as they are strict. Their own process in heaven has not been easy therefore 3D will have to step up and be responsible. yet i must say they are a blast to have around. They understand people absolutely and will never push you beyond what you are able to do in any given moment. Just always be aware that you actually have zero limitations but the one the mind presents - it wil always push you to absolute honesty with self. So in the moments where you are afraid or want to stop - just say to the being that you are working with please assist me through this. Then watch as through the breathing they will assist by being there within you pushing you. Rememeber that they are you and they have commited to themselves within equality to assist you so they wont just back down if it is being done sincerely.

So i suggest you start by getting the connection with self, perhaps then participate with connections with those dimensions around you as there are many all day long. It will make for good a exercise to become intimate with for example with other people, animals, nature - even before one tackles the dimensions that require more focuss. Start with this and please get back to me so that we may continue. This one point is so important to so many beings here on earth as ideally all humans should become intedimensional, able to communicate with all expressions of ourselves, through understanding, equality, oneness, intimacy. Rememeber that the media has filled your head with images that anything that we as humans are not able to chain and control is deadly and will shatter our sensitive nerves. This is absolutely not true. So if oneday you by chance have death saying hello Marlin - just poop out of the blue perhaps during a meditative rest.... just chill. He is simply an expression of when we were all preprogrammed to die. Speaking to any of these existences is not going to infect, destroy or mutilate you. So if this occurs just say hi what are you doing here in my sleep or meditation? Then just chat. No fear exists other then the ones we allow ourselves to belief. So then i will hear from all of you that require the next steps. I am sure that you will have very interesting experiences, as i have. I have even once when i was sick from a spider bite, communicated with the spider to get assistence modalities as of course the bite was specific to assisting me with releasing toxins from my body. Another time i spoke to my cough - yes i had started this erritating cough that was linked to trigger words. I chatted to my cough just as i would have a conversation with me and it gave me insight and forgivenesses to do to assist myself with the releases necessary.
